Glossary of Terms

Physical/Cognitive Assessment: Our OccupationalTherapist will visit with the client at their home or hospital / rehabilitation facility. We provide a variety of assessments including the Life Skills Assessment, the Functional Abilities Assessment and Activities of Daily Living. These reports are prepared in a user friendly format designed to clearly detail the needs of the insured.
Site Analysis: This report details the current level of safety and accessibility of a home or workplace. Included are the recommended adaptations and equipment necessary to bring the living or working environment to an acceptable level of safety and accessibility.
Home/Workplace Safety Report: (TO BE DETAILED)
Project Outline: This report will make use of and relate to the data contained in our Site Analysis. The report will provide all CAD drawings, product specifications, construction details and costs.
Future Planning Report: This report will provide the insurer, litigator and structured settlements firm with all information related to the charging and ongoing environmental needs of a person with a disability. Included are details regarding the cost of construction and or installation and removal of any equipment over an extended period of time.
